Day 330: The Boomerang

Proverbs 26:27

If you set a trap for others, you will get caught in it yourself.

Principle

If your appetite is violence, you’re eating from the wrong tree.

The earth operates on the Law of Seed; it is, in fact, the currency of the earth, by which all men’s currencies operate. God will not be mocked—a man can’t turn up his nose toward this law—a man will reap what he sows. As good as this law is, it is also a law that works in the negative. If a man sows the seeds to destroy another person, the harvest of destruction will return upon his head.

Malice backfires; spite boomerangs.

Don’t plot and plan evil against someone; expect only blessing to come upon you. If you live by the sword, you will die by the sword. If you dig a pit, you will fall into it.

If speaking a blessing invokes angels, speaking a curse entices demons. That is why Jesus said to bless your enemy—doing so brings the boomerang blessing.

Remember:

What you sow, is what you will reap. Share on X
