Day 214: Men of Integrity

Proverbs 2:21

For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the men of integrity, blameless and complete [in God’s sight], shall remain in it. (Amplified)

Principle

Integrity is a personal strength. It is impregnable.

A FivestarMan is faithful – he’s a man of authenticity, honor, and integrity. Integrity means completeness, wholeness, or undivided. Being a man of integrity is foundational to authentic manhood.

The foundation stones for a balanced success are honesty, character, integrity, faith, love, and loyalty. – Zig Ziglar

James warns us about a man who acts with duplicity – “a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.” (James 1:8)

A man who lacks integrity waivers – much like a man on a ship without a rudder – lacks directional intent and commitment. He is tossed by the waves and overwhelmed by the wind. However, if he has a rudder, he can use the wind to his advantage and overcome the waves that resist him.

Integrity is a personal strength. It is impregnable.

When Job faced all of the challenges of his life, his wife mocked him, and his “friends” spoke harsh words, but his reply was, “Let God weigh me on the scales of justice, for he knows my integrity.” (Job 31:6)
