Day 210: Don’t Be Displaced By Anger
Proverbs 29:22
Angry people stir up a lot of discord;
the intemperate stir-up trouble.
Principle
You may not be punished for your anger, but you will be punished by it.
Anger has seriously caused more issues in men’s lives than can be calculated. We’ve got to understand how volatile we are to anger. Don’t get me wrong – there are circumstances and causes worthy of our anger; however, we must choose anger wisely.
Anger without a cause brings discord and brings trouble.
Also, we must be selective with whom we associate – especially if they are angry people. Angry people cause collateral damage. Discord is the seed of defection and rebellion. If you give it place – it will displace you.
